I turned in our keys today to our Lakeside condo. What a relief! Here are the top five things I learned living there.
Five-The number of bums you will encounter while taking a walk in the park.
Four-The number of non-white residents willing to live in one of the most racist towns.
Three-The number of children's books in the Lakeside library.
Two-The number of tatoos required of a woman to be a permanent resident (part of the reason I wasn't able to stay).
One-The number of wooden legs you must have to live in an upstairs apt.
Ok...Ok..so it wasn't that bad. I am STILL glad to be outta there!
