Weekend

We had a whirlwind of a weekend! Friday, Kaitlyn and I went shopping for some things to decorate our living room and then she had her Dr. appt at 1. Poor thing got four shots again and was fussy all weekend..ugh! She now weighs 15 lbs 12 oz and is 25 inches long! She has almost doubled her weight and has grown 5 inches! The doctor said she is the 97th percentile for her weight...I didn't realize what that meant until I came home. Wow!! She said that Kaitlyn won't get picked on on the playground. haha

Saturday we had my mom's 60th surprise b-day party!! She is doing great and looks wonderful :)

Sunday we tried to go to church but I got called by the nursery about 10 minutes after I sat down...poor baby wouldn't stop crying so we just came home. I went to get my haircut and once again, I was disappointed!! I have been trying to grow my hair out long FOREVER now because it is layered and every time I go to get it cut, I tell them DO NOT CUT THE LAYERS...JUST THE BOTTOM. The layers were almost gone and my hair was getting long. I watched in horror as she lifted up the top layer and cut about 4 inches off...sigh. So once again...it is layered a lot. I think it is a conspiracy because layered hair doesn't look good unless it is styled. If it is styled everyday, it gets a lot of dead ends. If you have a lot of dead ends...they cut them all off....oh well haha
